And the only thing that could stop The Orwells from inciting some type of riot if the fire-cheif, who shut down their set to insure that the vast number of fans, many of whom were scaling the side of the stage, and other nearby structures for a better view of their tiny performance quarters, could enjoy the show without crushing each other.
